Find your optimal running technique while running

- Increase your running performance and endurance
- Reduce the risk for injuries
- Online feedback on your running form

Measure with the iPhone from the upper body, arm or wrist - No need for extra sensors! Monitor online values with your Apple Watch (optional).

Usage:
1. Enter your weight, point the iPhone forward and horizontally, and press start.
2. Place the iPhone e.g. on your wrist with a wrist band or simply run with it in your hand. The app automatically starts analyzing your running style and present in real-time the cadence, the ground reaction force and the efficiency of your running technique.
3. Start the Apple Watch Running Advisor application to view real-time values (optional)

Note! After step 1, you free to move your arms and hands in a normal way.

The three values measured are:
- Cadence – the current step frequency
- Ground reaction force - the average experienced strain on your legs
- Efficiency – the mechanical efficiency of your current running form

To have a good running style, try to keep all values within the green ranges.

When you have finished, press "Finish" to get overall graphs, trends, improvement suggestions, etc.

Most importantly, have fun with the app and experiment with your running style to find the style that fits you best!
